Hey, I’m Sean.

After nearly a decade building partnerships at companies like Shopify and Clio, I saw firsthand how hard it is for SaaS teams to actually scale through partners.

You’ve got limited time, unclear metrics, and a bunch of competing priorities. Partner strategy ends up in a doc collecting dust or gets passed around without ever being owned. I’ve been there.

That’s why I started Stackrly: to bring structure, clarity, and execution to SaaS companies that want to grow through partnerships—without hiring a full-time BD lead or figuring it out from scratch.

I work with founders and growth teams to design partner programs that actually drive revenue.

Why “Stackrly”?

The name Stackrly is a nod to the startup stack: your tools, systems, and partners working in sync.

But it’s also a play on the word stacked because when your partner program is built right, it compounds. Referrals, integrations, co-marketing, and channel deals start to stack on top of each other and suddenly, partnerships become a growth engine.

Stackrly is about stacking the right moves, at the right time, with the right partners.

I’ve launched partner programs, negotiated revenue-share deals, built co-marketing campaigns, and trained entire go-to-market teams.

Now I help fast-moving SaaS companies do the same.

If you're looking to build your partner program from scratch, scale an existing one, or just get out of the weeds and back to growing, book a free discovery call.

Let’s make partnerships your unfair advantage.
